Brussels Apartments Linda (BAL) is a leading player in the rental of furnished apartments. For more than 30 years now, our values are professionalism, excellent service and a dedicated customer relationship. We have extensive expertise with expats, Eurocrats and international companies.

Our beautiful 19th-century townhouses with large gardens were completely renovated in 2012. They are trendy, stylish, and well-equipped apartments with lots of light. A high degree of finishing is of course standard.

Location

Our apartments are mainly located in the beautiful Ambiorix Square region and the EU district:

A safe, pleasant, and lively location, close to all facilities as well as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, banks, a pharmacy, post office, fitness, medical centre, etc…

Our furnished apartments are decorated in style and radiate serenity, despite their central location providing access to all types of urban transport such as metro -Taxis – Villo – Cambio – Stib – etc. In addition, there is an express bus to and from the airport, the NATO (20 min.), the centre of Brussels (15 min.) and many other destinations. The EU institutions are all within walking distance.

Rental terms

We have Studios (min. rental period 6 months) and one, two and three-bedroom apartments (minimum 1 year).
